Times are counted in working days from your order. Some tables are sent from a different warehouse and take a little longer: 1 to 2 working days for most of them, 3 to 6 working days for the Colour Block table. Their product page gives the exact time before you buy.

Whatever the checkout shows you is the price you pay. We never add a delivery cost after an order. If we cannot deliver to your postcode, the checkout tells you before you pay rather than after.

What arrives

Where a table is confirmed to arrive fully assembled, we say so on that table’s own page, along with what is in the box. Where it is not confirmed, we say nothing rather than guess: send us the product name and we will confirm in writing before you order. We do not describe a flat pack as assembled, and we do not describe as assembled anything we have not been told is.

Before you order, measure

Each product page lists the width, depth and height of the table and, wherever it is published, the size of the box it ships in. The box matters if your stairs or doorway are tight. If you are unsure about height, the height guide explains how to measure from the floor to the top of your mattress.

If something arrives damaged

Please tell us within 2 working days of delivery, with photos of the damage on the table and of the outer box, including its delivery label. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Keep the packaging until the matter is settled: it is usually needed for the claim.

Is delivery free?

Yes, everywhere in the UK. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; we never add a delivery cost after an order.

How long does delivery take?

Do the tables arrive assembled?

Some do and some need light assembly. Where a table is confirmed to arrive fully assembled, its product page says so; where our product details do not say, we tell you that rather than guess.
