Where we deliver

We deliver everywhere in the United Kingdom, free of charge. Goods are dispatched from a warehouse in the UK.

Times are counted in working days from your order. A few tables are sent from a different UK warehouse and take a little longer: 1 to 2 working days for most of them, 3 to 6 working days for the Colour Block table. All delivery times are estimates.

What arrives

Where the maker confirms that a table arrives fully assembled, the product page says so. Where it has not confirmed it, we do not guess: send us the product name and we will confirm in writing before you order. Wherever the maker publishes it, the product page also gives the size of the packed box, which matters for tight stairs and doorways.

Damage in transit

Please tell us within 2 working days of delivery, with photos of the damage on the table and of the outer box, including its delivery label, and keep the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and you do not pay to return a damaged item.
