A small square bedside table with an open compartment at the top and one drawer below it, raised on four tall, tapered, splayed legs that take up about two thirds of its height. The open compartment goes right through, front to back. It comes in chestnut, a reddish brown, or a light oak-like tone; the knob is brass-coloured on the chestnut one and dark bronze on the light one.
